Terms & Conditions

Moment of Contract Formation

A purchase agreement is concluded when the Buyer creates a cart, provides a delivery address, selects a payment method, and clicks “Complete order” or “Confirm ✔️”. The agreement remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled. If the Buyer does not accept these rules, the Buyer must not place an order. Each agreement is stored in the online store database.

Buyer’s Rights

The Buyer may purchase products according to these rules and Lithuanian law. The Buyer (consumer) may withdraw from the purchase agreement within 7 business days from delivery by notifying the Seller in writing, except for specific excluded goods (audio/video recordings on media, computer software with broken protective packaging, and newspapers/magazines/periodicals). Withdrawal is allowed only if the product is of good quality, not damaged, and its appearance has not substantially changed.

If the Buyer believes their rights were violated, they must submit a written claim within 3 months. The Seller replies within 14 days. If unresolved, the Buyer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt), the court, or submit complaints via http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.

Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer must pay for products, delivery, and any other stated fees, and accept the ordered products. Payments are made via Stripe, Paysera, bank transfer, or PayPal. The Buyer must immediately update any changed registration details and comply with these rules and Lithuanian law.

Seller’s Rights

If the Buyer harms the store’s operation or breaches obligations, the Seller may restrict or suspend access without prior notice and is not liable for resulting losses. The Seller may suspend the online store temporarily or indefinitely without notice. The Seller may amend these rules by publishing updated rules on the website; changes apply to transactions concluded after publication.

Seller’s Obligations: Delivery Guarantee, Warranty, Complaints

Delivery Guarantee: Claims must be submitted within 48 hours from receiving the product. Email photos of the package (label clearly visible) and the damaged area of the product. Late submissions are handled as product complaints.

24-Month Warranty (certain technical products): Warranty starts on the receipt date. The invoice is required and acts as a warranty document. Warranty does not cover physical damage, normal wear, or defects caused by incorrect or negligent use. Photos/videos may be required; the product may be requested for inspection. Confirmed claims result in replacement, or repair (if repair takes over 45 days, the product is replaced). If replacement is not possible, the full purchase price is refunded.

Product Defect Complaint: Email info@nordo.lt with photos/videos clearly showing the defect. Material defects must be reported immediately, no later than 2 months from discovery. The Seller responds within 3 business days. Remedies include replacement, refund, repair, or partial refund.

Delivery of Products

Delivery is handled by a transport company at the Buyer’s expense unless stated otherwise. Final delivery cost depends on the order price and weight. Carry-in services must be ordered separately and are paid by the Buyer unless stated otherwise. Delivery is usually within 10–18 business days after payment if items are in stock, but timelines are not guaranteed in all cases. The exact delivery date is sent by email, which the Buyer agrees to check daily. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect packaging and products with the carrier. Rules apply for damaged packaging, mismatched quantity/quality/assortment, refusing shipments, and signing with/without remarks. Once delivered to the provided address, products are considered handed over.

Returns

The consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (return of a good-quality product). Return costs are paid by the Buyer. The Buyer must properly assemble and package the returned product; otherwise the Seller will not accept the return. Used or damaged products, or products that have lost appearance, are not accepted. Refunds are made within 14 days from the Buyer’s notice of withdrawal.

Liability & Electronic Confirmation

The Buyer is responsible for correct registration information. Parties are liable for agreement breaches under Lithuanian law. Actions confirmed by login data (identification code) have legal force equivalent to an electronic signature. The Buyer must protect login credentials and immediately notify the Seller if compromised. The Seller is not responsible for information on third-party websites linked from the store, nor for differences in product appearance due to the Buyer’s screen. The guilty party compensates direct losses.

Personal Data Processing, Notices, Final Provisions

By clicking “Confirm order” or “Pay”, the Buyer consents to providing and processing personal data for online store purposes, including sharing with third parties necessary for order fulfillment. The Buyer may be required to present an identity document for identification, and identity data may be copied and processed for store purposes. The Buyer is aware of rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and object to processing, and understands that without necessary data the agreement may not be concluded or fulfilled. The Seller sends notices by email; the Buyer sends inquiries via the “Contact Information” section. These rules do not restrict consumer rights under Lithuanian law.
